UX Designer 2026

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, AI-powered UX Designer to join AUX Studio.

We partner with large companies that need a multi-disciplinary, technical design team. Our clients value our strategic thinking, our ability to conduct real customer research, and the way we improve their product design processes – from coded design systems to complex enterprise web applications.

What we mean by “UX Designer”

We know roles and titles are evolving. For us, a UX Designer:

• Has a broad toolkit (research, flows, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping).
• Probably has a background in one area (research, interface design, or engineering) but is naturally multi-disciplinary.
• Cares deeply about designing products that meet real customer needs, not just making nice screens.

You’re comfortable talking to stakeholders, gathering requirements, and conducting your own research to understand user needs for the systems you’re designing.

Our work focus

We focus mostly on enterprise web applications in industries like:

• Logistics (70%)
• Fintech (20%)
• eCommerce (10%)
• Healthcare (10%)

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and define product vision.
• Tease out” the details needed to turn vague ideas into clear features and flows.

Design and research end-to-end

• Analyse existing products, pull them apart, and identify gaps or opportunities in the flows.
• Define new features and products, then validate them with users
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for product teams.

Prototype & design with AI in the loop

• Use AI tools to generate, iterate and refine flows, concepts, and copy.
• Produce low– to high-fidelity prototypes using an established design system.
• Execute polished interface designs suitable for usability testing and handover.

Contribute to design systems & process

• Work with existing design systems to build consistent, scalable interfaces.
• Contribute to style guides and component libraries.
• Help us refine our own internal ways of working as a team.

You’ll typically be involved in a few projects at once, each at different stages of maturity.

What you bring

Experience

• Experience designing digital products (ideally complex / enterprise systems).
• Tertiary qualification is a plus, but we care more about your work and thinking.

AI as a superpower

• You’ve spent 2025 experimenting with AI tools.
• You can show how AI has drastically sped up your workflow (research, flows, content, prototyping, documentation, etc.).

UX & product skills

• Confident running stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Able to facilitate ideation workshops to explore solutions with a cross-functional group.
• Able to create system maps, user flows, and thoughtful prototypes (not just “pretty screens”).
• Highly proficient inFigma.
• Strong grasp of usability principles, interface patterns, and responsive layouts.

Traits you already have

• Excellent communication skills – comfortable with email, async updates, calls, and workshops.
• A good listener who’s not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
• Fastidious attention to detail.
• Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A firm opinion, held lightly – you advocate for users and good design, but not at the expense of the team or project.
• A team player in a remote / hybrid setup, with proactive and consistent communication.
